Returns
You may return eligible items within 30 days of delivery.
To be eligible for a return, items must be:
- Unused
- In their original packaging
- In the same condition as received
- Accompanied by proof of purchase or order number

Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the outcome.
Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.
Return Shipping
- If you change your mind, return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility.
- Original delivery charges are non‑refundable unless required by law.
- If an item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, we will cover the return cost or arrange a replacement or full refund.
Damaged or Incorrect Orders
Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery, including photos where possible, if your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect. We will resolve the issue promptly.
Non‑Returnable Items
